SHIPPING

We have 2 shipping prices for an easy shopping experience:

• Shipping is FREE for orders over $200.
• Shipping is only a flat rate of $16.50 otherwise.

Please provide us either with a residential or business address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

International Orders: Although we primarily ship within Australia, we also cater for international shipments. Please contact our sales team at sales@airkayaksdirect.com.au and we'll provide you with a custom shipping order.

ORDER

Our order process is simple:

1. You'll get an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
2. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
3. You'll get an email confirmation of shipping with tracking ID when your order leaves our warehouse.

Purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

DELIVERY

Your package is sent during business hours and generally take between 3-5 business days to receive depending on location. For WA/TAS, please allow up to an additional 2 business days. For country/rural/remote locations please allocate up to an additional 3 business days.

All our deliveries require a signature on delivery. If no one at your address is present at delivery, your consignment will be transferred to a nearby depot and a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery/collection.

Please note that our couriers cannot provide a phone call on the day of delivery. If you know you may not be present for delivery, you may provide our courier with the “Authority To Leave” your package at your doorstep. Simply select this option at checkout. Please note that by selecting this option Air Kayaks Direct cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been dropped off.

We're Australia's largest supplier of inflatable watercraft and accessories & we work hard to ensure we offer the best price. If you find another store offering a lower price for the same item, WE'll BEAT IT!

Please note the comparison is made on the total price that includes the shipping price. To get the best price all you have to do is simply email us at sales@airkayaksdirect.com.au and provide the details of the competitor’s product. We’ll do the rest to provide you with a custom coupon code to use at checkout for your discount.

The Fine Print

• Comparisons are made on total price, which includes shipping price.
• The comparison store must have the item in stock.

We’re confident you’ll love our extensive range of watercraft and accessories. However, in the event that for whatever reason you’re unhappy with your order, you may take advantage of our no questions asked returns policy.

THE FINE PRINT

• Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from purchase date.
• For eligibility, the item must be unused and in it’s original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for the return postage (waived for damaged/faulty goods). Please use a postal tracking service with insurance to ensure safe delivery.
• Your refund will be issued within 3 business days after the item is received and inspected to be in it’s original condition.
• Please note that a 15% re-stocking fee may apply based on the manufacturer/supplier.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

Air Kayaks Direct is committed to honouring its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. As such, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item arrives to you in a faulty/defective or damaged state.

Please inspect your package when they arrive and ensure you note any damages or missing items when signing at delivery. You must notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by phone on 1800-301-787 or email support@airkayaksdirect.com.au. Failure to do so may void any transit insurance policy.

Please take photos indicating the damage to the item/s as well as a brief email describing the damage. Once we receive the required details from you, we will liaise directly with our supplier(s) to resolve the issue ASAP to minimise your inconvenience.

Damaged/faulty goods will be replaced at no charge.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All of our products come with a 12-month warranty as standard unless otherwise stated.

For warranty claims, please send an email to support@airkayaksdirect.com.au  detailing the damage to be repaired. Please include photos and a brief description. We will provide preliminary advice regarding repair.

Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the initial shipping cost back to our warehouses where our supplier(s) will inspect the damage. If the damage is assessed to be due to a defect, we will both repair it and ship the item back to you at no cost.

If the damage is assessed to not be in relation to a defect, a quote will be sent to you should you wish to proceed with repair.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

Air Kayaks Direct is solely an online retailer. We don’t deal with middlemen so our products go straight from the manufacturer to our customers. We’re also not hindered by significant costs associated with a traditional retail outlet.

All of this means we’re able to offer you substantial savings on the most extensive range of inflatable kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, dinghies, sails, docks, lounges, towables and boating accessories in Australia.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

To reduce the cost of shipping, our products are sent directly from our suppliers' warehouses. This means when ordering multiple products, they may be shipped to you in multiple packages and arrive on separate days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

We keep a close eye on our inventory and in the rare instance that your order is not in stock we will contact you within 24 hours. You will be given the option to wait for the product or receive a full refund. Should you opt for the latter, we will issue you a full refund immediately.

WHAT IF I MADE THE WRONG CHOICE AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT?
