Australia and the rest of the world are taking drastic measures due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic to ensure we can get through this event in a safe and timely way and to mitigate further spreading of the virus.
Here at Air Kayaks Direct we are continuing to monitor government advice and are making necessary changes to our operations to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and network.
Business As Usual
The good news is that here at Air Kayaks Direct there is very little need for change at this stage due to our business model.
Our warehouse is still 100% operational with orders being dispatched each day.
Warehouse Closed To Public
In the interest of our staff and public safety and to comply with business restrictions, we ask that orders are placed online or via phone rather than visiting our warehouse.
Will My Order Be Delayed?
Air Kayaks Direct works with a number of suppliers across Australia each of which warehouse and dispatch orders directly to our customers.
Each of our suppliers are still fully operational at this stage but have reduced on site staff.
We work with major freight partners across the country such as TNT, Toll & Fastway. Some couriers have reported a possible delay of 1-2 business days. Please ensure that someone is able to accept the goods during business hours to avoid costly redirection or return-to-sender charges.
